Dominican Spring Gala

On Saturday, April 18, the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception held its annual Spring Gala at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, DC. Thanks to the generosity of our benefactors, the fundraiser was a great success. The funds donated will help defray the operating costs of the faculty as well as provide scholarships for deserving students. The friars provided food, drink, and music, as well as many of the items offered in the night’s live auction. In the video above, Fr. Basil Cole, O.P., professor of theology, and several student brothers entertain guests in the cloister garden. Photos from the event may be seen here. Mark your calendars for 2016: the next Gala will be on Saturday, April 23, during the Dominican Order’s 800th Jubilee year.
