Reclaiming Science for God

On Tuesday, May 12 and Tuesday, May 19, Br. Thomas Davenport, O.P. will be speaking at St. Mary of Sorrows parish in Fairfax, VA on the topic of “St. Albert the Great: Reclaiming Science for God.”  In his talk, Br. Thomas, himself trained as a scientist before entering the Order of Preachers, will discuss the continued relevance of the great 13th-century Dominican Doctor of the Church for contemporary scientists.  The presentation is sponsored by the Institute of Catholic Culture.  For more information on the event, including access to a live broadcast of Br.
